Junior Amy Lynn scored twice to lift host Prospect to a 2-0 win over Lincoln in a BVAL-Santa Teresa girls soccer match Tuesday evening.
With the win, the Panthers (11-3-0, 7-2-0 BVAL-ST, 21 points) continue to put pressure on first-place Live Oak in the division title race and remain two points ahead of Westmont (7-3-5, 6-2-1, 19) in the race for the second automatic playoff berth from the BVAL-ST.
Lincoln (7-6-2, 5-4-0) hosts Silver Creek Friday while Prospect takes a shot at first-place Live Oak at home.
