LOS ALTOS - Los Altos jumped out early, let Homestead back into the game and then put the game away using a potent offensive attack that featured 17 hits, with eight of them for extra bases.
Zach Fuchs collected four hits and four RBIs while Brennan Hanley went three for three with a double and two RBIs, as the Eagles pulled away for a 16-6 win. Ben Parker amassed three hits, including a double while scoring twice and knocking three while brother Aaron slammed two doubles, scored three times and knocked in three runs.
Ryan Baum reached safely four times and scored four times collecting two hits while Juan Angulo hit a double and a home run. Fuchs threw 3 and 1/3 innings and Brock Susko come on to finish the game while contributing two hits (including a double), knocking in two and scoring once. Seven position players collected multiple hits and six position players knocked in multiple runs. Half the Eagles runs were knocked in with two outs.
The teams finish up the season series this Friday at Homestead, 4 pm.
