Sophomore Ana Schremp scored three goals on Wednesday afternoon, leading Gunn to the 5-0 victory over Milpitas in SCVAL-El Camino action.
The Titans dominated both halves of play, and improved to 3-0 in league play in the process, a half-game in front of Fremont in the league standings. Junior Morgan Cianfichi and freshman Emma Listgarten added individual goals for Gunn, which also improved to 5-3-2 overall.
For Milpitas, the loss continued a run of futility for the Trojans, who fell to 0-7-4 overall and 0-3 in the El Camino. Senior Nicole Smith made a pair of saves to post the clean sheet for Gunn.
Gunn heads to Fremont on Friday afternoon, in a battle between the two unbeaten teams in league play. Milpitas will seek its first win on Friday, at home against Lynbrook.
