The Mountain View girls water polo team capped off a fantastic season with a 13-11 victory coming at the hands of school rival Los Altos on Saturday evening.
Mountain View ended the regular season with a record of 23-4 (10-2 SCVAL-DA), while the Eagles fell to 11-11, (7-5 SCVAL-DA).
The Spartans will open the CCS Division I playoffs as the fifth seed, and face fourth-seeded Gunn (17-10) in Saturday's quarterfinals.
