Dublin sophomore Robby Beasley was named the MVP of the East Bay Athletic League after leading the Gaels to an unbeaten regular season in league play and a semifinal berth in the NCS Division I playoffs, while Carondelet's Ali Bamberger and Foothill's Madison Baxter shared MVP honors on the girls side.
Last weekend, Bamberger led Carondelet to a win over Heritage in the NCS Division I title game for the second straight year, and a berth in the CIF Open Division bracket.
