Long Beach Poly made a statement during its playoff opener. Southern California’s top girls team put together a dominant performance in a 66-13 rout over Fairmont Prep. The Jackrabbits only allowed two field goals the entire game.
Da’Jah Jackson led Long Beach Poly in scoring with 13 points. Jasmine Jones added 12 points.
The Jackrabbits will face Troy in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.
