A Coliseum League title is within reach for Dorsey.
The Dons defeated Los Angeles 21-20 on Friday night to get one step closer to a league title.
Dorsey relied on defense to overtake Los Angeles. Defensive end Krayvon Thibodeaux and defensive back Marquett Jackson led the way.
Thibodeaux could not be blocked. The sophomore defensive end had six sacks on the night.
Jackson came up with the decisive play of the game. The senior defensive back took an interception all the way in for a score to put Dorsey up for good.
Dorsey (4-2) is now just two wins away from capturing a Coliseum League title.
The Dons host Hawkins next week.
