SCVAL-De Anza All-League Girls Soccer

The SCVAL-De Anza released its all-league girls soccer awards, highlighted by a strong presence from CCS champion Mountain View in both the major awards and across the first-team selections.

Natasha Harris was selected as the De Anza's Most Valuable Player, after leading the Spartans with 18 goals scored. Junior teammate Laura Carceroni was named the Offensive Player of the Year, after scoring 10 goals and leading Mountain View with 19 assists.

A pair of Palo Alto athletes took home the top defensive awards, as senior Lauola Amanoni was named Defensive Player of the Year, and junior Clara Luehrs was named Goalkeeper of the Year. Luehrs posted 15 consecutive clean sheets during the regular season.
