Acalanes moves up following an upset win over Clayton Valley Charter, but there is little movement as the top teams continue to roll, led by national power De La Salle, which handled No. 3 San Ramon Valley 42-14 to remain the clear No. 1 team.

De La Salle improved to 7-0 with a 42-14 win over San Ramon Valley. The Spartans are off this week and visit California November 1.
Senior Jamar Searcy rushed for 138 yards and 2 TDs in a 45-0 win over Heritage. The Pirates host Liberty Friday night.
Senior QB Rhett Thompson completed 16 of 23 passes for 197 yards and 2 TDs in a 42-14 loss to De La Salle, marking SRV's first loss of the season. The Wolves host Amador Valley Friday night.
Freshman QB Tino Retamoza completed 8 of 12 passes for 140 yards and 2 TDs and senior Jamari Gentry ran for 131 yards and two scores in a 38-8 win over Rancho Cotate as the Cardinals remained unbeaten. Cardinal Newman hosts San Marin Friday night.
Senior RB Jhadis Luckey rushed for 317 yards and 5 TDs in a 50-36 win over Monte Vista. The Grizzlies are off this week and host De La Salle November 1.
Technically, El Cerrito is just 1-6 now after a 28-7 win over Salesian following a series of forfeit stemming from the use of an ineligible player. The Gauchos are off this week and host Pinole Valley November 1.
Marin Catholic shut out Vintage 20-0 to improve to 2-0 in the Redwood-Adobe. The Wildcats visit Rancho Cotate Friday night.
Junior QB Daniel Rolovich completed 7 of 13 passes for 142 yards and 3 TDs and rushed for 89 yards and 1 TD in a 35-27 win over Windsor. San Marin visits Cardinal Newman Friday night.
Senior QB Sage Robertson completed 15 of 18 passes for 251 yards and 6 TDs in a 42-7 win over Deer Valley. Liberty visits Pittsburg Friday in a battle for first place in the BVAL.
Senior Tony Keck caught 8 passes for 182 yards and 2 TDs but Clayton Valley was upset 28-27 by Acalanes. The Ugly Eagles are back in action Friday night at home against Campolindo.
Senior QB Danny Mercado completed 6 of 9 passes for 198 yards and 2 TDs in limited action in a 49-7 win over Justin-Siena. Casa Grande hosts Tamalpais Friday night.
Sophomore Carter Vose III completed 14 of 28 passes for 205 yards and 2 TDs but Windsor fell 35-27 to San Marin to drop to 0-2 in the Redwood-Adobe. The Jaguars visit Vintage Friday night.
Bishop O'Dowd was off last week and host Moreau Catholic in a battle of WACC-Foothill unbeatens Friday night.
Sophomore QB Tyler Winkles completed 29 of 41 passes for 238 yards and 4 TDs as Acalanes pulled off a 28-27 upset win over Clayton Valley Charter to move to 2-0 in the DAL-Foothill. The Dons are off this week and travel to Campolindo November 1.
Senior Brayden Turner completed 23 of 38 passes for 304 yards and 2 TDs and rushed for 70 yards in a 50-36 loss to California. The Mustangs are off this week and host Amador Valley November 1.

Junior Andre Lopez and senior Mason Harris each rushed for 2 TDs and over 100 yards as American Canyon downed Petaluma 41-21 to remain undefeated. The Wolves host winless Napa Friday night.
Junior QB Dalan Lopata completed 21 of 28 passes for 250 yards and 4 TDs in a 42-6 win over Novato as Sonoma Valley remained unbeaten. The Dragons host Archie Williams Friday night.
Salesian fell 28-7 to El Cerrito last week to drop a game behind St. Mary's in the TCAL-Rock race. The Pride visits De Anza Friday night.
Junior QB Beau David completed 14 of 16 passes for 132 yards and 3 TDs in a 42-14 win over Santa Rosa as Ukiah improved to 2-0 in the Redwood-Bay. The Wildcats host St. Vincent de Paul in a battle for first place Friday night.
An up-and-down season took a major upturn last week in a 30-7 win over Las Lomas. Campolindo visits Clayton Valley Charter with a chance to move even further up the rankings after debuting this week.
Northgate opened DAL-Valley action last week with a 42-0 win over Benicia. The Broncos host College Park Friday night.
Las Lomas fell to 0-2 in the DAL-Foothill with a 30-7 loss to Campolindo. The Knights host Miramonte Friday night.
Vintage lost 20-0 at Marin Catholic to fall to 1-1 in the Redwood-Adobe. The Crushers host Windsor Friday night.
Arcata enters the rankings on the strength of a 7-0 record including a 35-7 win over Ferndale last week. The Tigers visit winless McKinleyville Friday night.
